Only Admin has the right to start new a new forum (top-level subject). You can suggest new subjects for these here. All members can propose new topics within a forum using the online form, similarly members can start a new thread under any of the topics. A new thread must have a title and the body of the first posting. On starting a thread you can elect to be alerted when another member posts to your thread. This will be a short e-mail identifying the name of the thread that has been posted to. I have started threads for website bug reports and for new website functionality requests. Please use them if you have something to say on the matter. 

Job vacancies can now be uploaded using the online form and will appear in the left menu until the specified application closing date. The vacancy posting form can be found here. You must be logged on to the website as a member to post in bath cases.
